For its size Telford & Wrekin packs a big punch in terms of its visitor offer. But, despite its big headline acts like the Ironbridge Gorge UNESCO World Heritage Site telling powerful stories about how the region shaped the modern world, awareness of Telford as a destination amongst prospective visitors is low.
Working with local and regional stakeholders, our challenge is to help the borough fulfil its potential as a must-see visitor destination and elevate the visitor economy’s contribution to Telford & Wrekin’s socio-economic success.
