The lovely people at ALVA (the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions) invited us back – to Stirling Castle this time – to run a market insights session with key people from Britain’s top attractions. We looked at the changing shape of families and how that’s impacting on trip-taking, and we shared more of our research into ‘Boomer Tribes’. Dinner in the 16th Century Great Hall the night before – with pipes, dancers, sword fights and poetry – was a huge treat.
