Cromford Mills Visitor Pricing Strategy and Marketing Plan

We are working with our good friends at DC Research on a Pricing Strategy and Marketing Plan for the Arkwright Society, which owns and runs Cromford Mills in Derbyshire. The study will make recommendations based on an analysis of the existing visitor attraction pricing strategy, a comparator review and analysis of the viability of a charge to enter the site. A new marketing plan will ensure Cromford Mills as a visitor attraction makes a positive financial contribution to the overall operation of the Cromford Mills site. The project builds on DC Research’s expertise in pricing and business planning across the heritage sector and our expertise in marketing for cultural and heritage visitor attractions.
