We’ve completed a project for the clever folk at Marketing Manchester to help them think through and test out a ground-breaking approach to developing the city’s conference sector.
Manchester’s a really exciting city to work in at the moment: new infrastructure and new partnerships – plus the devolution agenda – seem to be amplifying energy and innovation. The new Manchester Growth Company – which Marketing Manchester is part of – is an amalgamation of several public agencies. It’s driving forward the city’s economic strategy – and it’s great to see inward investment, city marketing, conferencing and the visitor economy, skills and business support all under the same roof and proving that the whole can be greater than the sum of the parts.
