Blue Sail is to help the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean Tourism Association to restructure. The Association which is thriving and represents 300 local businesses is now weighing up further expansion as the local authorities retrench on their non-statutory tourism work. This all means the organisation has outgrown its original ‘club’ origins and needs to professionalise the way it operates. Graham and Lorna will be working with the Board over the next few months to review its priorities, analyse its operations and establish a robust business model to take the Association forward for the benefit of its members.
