I’ve blogged about my Cornwall trip this Easter but interesting to note the CRM strategy of the self-catering place we stayed.
Just had an email telling me
about their availability between half term and summer – and that they still have a week available in first week of the summer hols. They also offer 10% for returning guests as well as discounts for couples, those staying 2 weeks and those arriving by public transport or bikes. They also promote various added options from massages to canoeing.
Only thing which they might have improved on is acknowledging our previous visit. But still – this kind of low-cost marketing is all too rare in our sector.
