Celtic Routes Wales

Touring routes are having a bit of a moment. The Wild Atlantic Way in Ireland has been a resounding success with visitors, operators and travel trade alike; the North Coast 500 in Scotland has been so successful in attracting tourers that there have been complaints about traffic jams on narrow roads. We’ve been fortunate to be involved in the feasibility of a new route around the north east of Scotland embracing Aberdeenshire and are currently working on experience development on the shortly to be launched Arctic Coast Way round the northern coast of Iceland.  These routes all provide reasons for visitors to explore more widely and spend longer.  We’re delighted to be working closer to home now on a new initiative bringing Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion together with 3 counties across the Irish Sea to identify new thematic routes which play to the joint strengths of these beautiful places.
