Exciting times for Dundee with the new V&A Museum of Design opening in 2018 and an ambitious £1B waterfront development underway. So we’re delighted to be working there with Scottish Enterprise, the City Council and industry leaders on learning from the experiences in other cities with iconic attractions and a big focus on design and creativity. So far we’ve been really impressed by the passion and enthusiasm we’ve found in Dundee as well as the delights that it has to offer from great views from the rail bridge, to the beaches of Broughty Ferry to local eating places serving good food with verve and originality. A good base to start from in looking at the inspiration that Belfast, Bilbao, Helsinki, Liverpool and Lens can provide.
