Elizabeth brings wide-ranging experience of marketing communications and strategy, across destinations, the arts and heritage. She is a familiar face to the crew, having worked for us in the past as a consultant, so it’s fantastic to bring her on board as Associate Director.
Most recently, as Marketing & Strategy Lead for eighteen73, she has been focused on writing the ten-year Destination Management Plan for the Visit Herefordshire LVEP and driving forward the county’s tourism marketing strategy.
In addition, she has helped put the Royal Society of Sculptors on London’s cultural map and supported significant fundraising campaigns to restore their historic home. She has also taken up the role of Trustee for contemporary visual arts charity, Meadow Arts.
Her track record includes seven years heading up the destination marketing for London’s South Bank where she established a strong visual identity, won awards for innovation, built strategic alliances and led the area’s consortium of attractions, cultural institutions and hotels. Meanwhile, on a consultancy basis, she has worked closely with destination marketing organisations, museums, historic houses, accommodation providers, Councils and Business Improvement Districts.
Elizabeth’s skills, insight and collaborative mindset are the ideal fit for Blue Sail and we look forward to her contribution to client projects.
