A Refresh for Plymouth’s Visitor Plan

We’re delighted to be back in Plymouth working with Destination Plymouth and Plymouth City Council on a refresh of the Visitor Plan we developed in 2010.  We kicked off with a series of workshops with the Destination Plymouth Board and decision makers in the city to explore the question  “what’s next for the visitor economy in Plymouth?”.  The city has taken huge steps forward over the last decade; visitor numbers and spend are on the up.  So the challenge now is about extending the season and extending the length of stay in ways that reinforce Plymouth – Britain’s Ocean City. We’ve more workshops before Christmas and are beginning to shape the new Plan.
