Dundee Tourism Strategy

August 3, 2015 - Lorna

We are really pleased to be continuing our work in Dundee following the benchmarking study, which had us looking at how Belfast, Bilbao, Helsinki, Lens and Liverpool have used their cultural attractions as a catalyst for tourism. We are now pulling together the tourism strategy for the city region, identifying priorities in the lead up to the V&A Museum of Design opening in 2018. It’s an exciting time for Dundee and we are enjoying working with the tourism and culture sectors to help the city get things in place to make the most of the opportunity.
