We’re delighted to be back in Plymouth developing a road-map for the Ocean City Festival to realise its potential through to 2020. We’ll be exploring options for how the festival can get even better and the role a Festival Director can play in delivering that success. Waterfront festivals emerged an an area of growth potential in the Visitor Plan we developed for the City in 2011.
